Bridal Booking Terms & Conditions
Everything you need to know before securing your wedding hairstyling booking.
Booking Information
All pricing is subject to change until your booking has been officially confirmed.
To secure your wedding date, both the signed Bridal Agreement and booking fee must be received. Until then, your date will remain open and may still be offered to other enquiries.
Minimum Booking Requirements
To ensure I can dedicate the time and preparation each wedding deserves, the following minimum bookings apply:
Monday – Wednesday: No minimum booking required
Thursday – Sunday & Bank Holidays: Bride plus 3 additional adult services
Thank you for understanding and valuing the time involved in creating a calm, luxury bridal experience.
Securing Your Wedding Date
A booking fee of 25% is required to reserve your wedding date. This amount will be deducted from your final balance.
Your booking is only considered confirmed once:
your Bridal Agreement has been signed, and
the booking fee has been paid
Without both of these, your date cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the wedding day.
Once your booking has been confirmed, services included within the booking cannot be removed or reduced.
If you would like to add additional styling services, I will always do my best to accommodate them, subject to timing and availability.
A confirmation receipt will be provided for all payments made.
Travel & Early Start Fees
Travel throughout Cornwall is included within your bridal booking.
For locations outside of Cornwall, travel is charged at £1 per mile (round trip).
Please note:
Sunday and Bank Holiday weddings carry a small additional surcharge
bookings requiring a start time before 6:00am will incur an early morning fee of £100
Any travel costs or additional fees will always be included clearly within your personalised quotation.
Hygiene & Client Safety
Client hygiene and safety are extremely important to me. Unfortunately, I may be unable to carry out hairstyling services if a client is showing signs of:
contagious illness
scalp infections
any condition that may compromise hygiene or create a risk of cross-contamination
All brushes, tools, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between every client.
Please note that payments for affected services remain non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, written notice must be provided as soon as possible.
Booking Fee Refunds
Cancellations made within 30 days of securing the booking are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking fee
The remaining 50% covers administration and reserved booking time
Any completed bridal trial appointments remain fully non-refundable
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the wedding date will require full payment unless the date can be successfully rebooked.
If full payment has already been made and the wedding is later cancelled, refunds cannot be guaranteed unless the booking date is re-filled.
Changes to Your Wedding Date
If your wedding date needs to be moved due to:
government restrictions
venue closure
venue insolvency or safety concerns
I will happily transfer your booking to a new date without additional charge, subject to availability.
All other date changes are reviewed individually and may incur a 15% rescheduling fee.
In the Unlikely Event I Need to Cancel
Although extremely rare, if I am unable to attend your wedding due to illness, emergency, or circumstances outside of my control, I will do everything possible to support you.
This may include:
arranging a trusted replacement hairstylist
sharing all booking notes and styling details to ensure continuity
providing a full refund, including your booking fee, if no suitable replacement can be arranged
